FAQ
When will my order be shipped? Your order will be subject to the current lead times for that particular product. You can specify at the checkout stage if you want your order to be shipped wholly when it is all ready, or partially should you need the other items on your order earlier. Please contact the Customer Engagement Team for current lead times for a particular product.
I placed an order for the wrong item, can it be stopped or changed? Once an order has been placed on the website it cannot be amended. If you need to request to cancel an order, this can be done using the ‘request cancellation’ button in the order screen – please note that once an item is dispatched a cancellation cannot be made. You are welcome to re-order the correct item at any time.
How do I pay for my order? When placing your order, your will be directed to a secure online payment facility where payment can be made. If you have a Numatic trade account you will be prompted for your account details.
How can I make a return? Return requests can be made via [email protected] up to 30 days from delivery, a 15% restocking fee applies which can be reduced to 5% if re-ordering. Please notify the Aftersales team of any discrepancies or damages within 7 days of delivery. For faulty items, standard warranty terms apply.
I can’t find the product I’m looking for? You can search for a product using the part name or SKU/Part number using the search function on the home page. If you still can’t locate the part you require, please contact the Customer Engagement Team who will be happy to assist. We also have a product request form should you have any suggestions for products, which can be found at the bottom of the homepage.
The website isn’t working as it should? Please use Chrome/Edge/FireFox etc browsers for the best browsing experience.
I’m having trouble accessing my account? To reset your password, simply head to the ‘My Account’ icon, which should then bring up the log in screen. Click on the ‘forgot your password link’ which will prompt you to add your user email address and request a password reset.
Warranty Terms:
Numatic International Limited warrant to the original purchaser that its products are free of defects in both material and workmanship for the period shown below:
• Vacuum Cleaners and Accessories bought with them – 3 Years (purchased Direct or approved Numatic Distributor, otherwise 2 years).
• NQ100 Commercial Cordless Vacuum - 2 Years
• Rotary Floor Machines 3 Years
• Auto Scrubber-Dryer 3 Years
• Janitorial and Mopping systems - 3 Years
• Individual Accessories and Spare Parts bought separately – 1 Year
• NX300 Battery Pack - 3 Years
Note: This warranty expressly excludes consumable parts such as carbon brushes, floor brushes, mops etc. that are considered replaceable from time to time during the normal working life of the machine.
Using non Numatic dustbags can be detrimental to both machine performance and life and may invalidate the Warranty.
a. The warranty period commences from the date the goods are purchased. \r\n
b. All warranty claims must be processed through the Dealer from whom the equipment was purchased. The Dealer will co-operate with the purchaser throughout the warranty claims procedure and will arrange any necessary repairs using genuine Numatic parts.
c. If the original Dealer is no longer available to fulfil his obligations please contact Numatic International Limited with full details of the claim and proof of purchase so that this may be processed without delay.
d. Any warranty claim can only relate to the specific part that is proven to be at fault and for which a replacement will be supplied but cannot be extended to constitute a claim against the complete appliance.
e. Numatic International will supply the Dealer with any warranty parts required subject to the claim being validated after return of the faulty items in accordance with Numatic International Limited's General Conditions of Sale.
f. Claims will not be accepted if they are the result of fair wear and tear, misuse or abuse of any kind.
g. No replacement will be given unless the appropriate evidence of the validity of the claim has been provided to the satisfaction of Numatic International Limited.
h. Numatic International Limited reserve the right to charge for any unnecessary work carried out as a result of an invalid claim.
i. No variation to this warranty may be made or implied by any member of Numatic International Limited or its Dealers unless such variation is in writing and authorised by the Company.
